Do you want to hang out with fellow entrepreneurs and make massive progress on that project or idea that’s been enticing you?
We’re excited to announce the Summer of Entrepreneurship at the Hub – a two-month community-led gathering of entrepreneurs, who are ready to meet their tribe of people that love to innovate, think big and pass it forward.
The magic of this format happens due to the combination of three essential things:
Community-led you say? Yes! In addition to core Hub-led activities, we’ll empower participants to shape the program by leading activities. So: Hold a talk about something you’re passionate about. Facilitate a mastermind with like-minded people. Start a co-learning group on a topic you’re excited about. We will help coordinate, then we step back and let the tribe rip.
Entrepreneur Villa You join a core group of ~10 people who will take over our coliving space and turn it into the Entrepreneur Villa. Live together with a group of driven builders. It’s a special opportunity to form closer friendships and live the entrepreneurial life together for a while.
Big Boys Mastermind (andBig Girls too ofc) Everyone benefits if a couple of bigger players join us, so we’ll have one selective mastermind for them only. Whether big or medium, you’re encouraged to apply via a quick form.
Program
Welcome Events – July 1st and August 1st – We’ll create events that go beyond the usual introductions, so you can bond and hit the ground running with new connections.
Co-accountability sessions – a very effective method to help you get done a lot, especially around one specific project/goal. You’ll make commitments to your group or in our digital community, and report back on your progress regularly. We’ll use an approach inspired by Chris Reynold’s Get Shit Done / Entrepreneur House methodology.
Project Speedrun Competition – for those launching an idea or cool distinct project in one or two months (two competitions), we’ll vote on who got the most done, and who built the coolest project. Especially suitable for AI Hackers, e.g. building a simple SaaS or product using AI engineering.
Masterminds – we’ll sort everyone who wants to join into a weekly Mastermind group and recommend people launch additional Masterminds based on any theme they like.
Talks – we usually already have plenty of members holding talks, and they’re super well received. With this kind of crowd, we can’t wait for what people suggest. Option to film/publish.
Cofounder matching – find people with complementary skill sets that match your freak – and your ambitions.
Video podcasting – we have a small podcast & video studio at the Hub that you can use, and we’ll use it to interview event participants about their hussle, their view of where trends/the market/nomads are going. We’ll publish it as a podcast, in text form, and on our YouTube channel.
Co-learning Co-learning is a pretty new concept, where a group (2-20 ppl) gets together around a topic, sets shared goals, and meet to discuss the content and it’s application – sources could be books, curated youtube playlists, AI etc. In many cases we can support with the learning content. Some ideas: Testing Ideas (Lean Methodology). Building a Second Brain. Nailing Ops. Nailing Hiring. Building an AI Agent. Building a Voice Agent. Turning followers into customers.
24/7 Ice Bathing & Mindfulness activities – Hub members already get spoiled (or tortured) with 2x week ice baths. For this event, we’ll keep it running 24/7. We also have various other mindful activities in mind, like meditation circles, yoga, breath work and ecstatic dance.
Optional weekend activities – if you want to spend your weekends socializing & enjoying, we have some weekend group ideas: visit Ba Na Hills, trip to My Son temple ruins, go snorkeling/scuba diving in Cham Island, go party, go for a massage together or just dine and walk around the UNESCO world heritage old town.

Pricing & Options to join
We decided to price this event low this year, because: As a community-led event, we won’t have speaker fees – and it’s the first event of this kind, so we also see this as a trial run and not everything will be perfect. FAQ
Who is this for? Anyone who wants to be surrounded by entrepreneurial people that have ideas and take action on them. Anyone who has an idea list and can select one, or an existing important/pressing project, is keen to take action on it, and wants to be held accountable to achieve more than s/he thought s/he could. Anyone who wants to get inspired.
By the way, you can participate without leading any activity yourself.
Who is this not for? If you don’t think hanging out with other entrepreneurs will inspire you, help you problem solve and motivate you to take action – this event may not be ideal for you. Anyone who doesn’t also want to work on their own projects, but looking to be passive in a full-program retreat.
Why not a retreat? Retreats are usually short-term and intense with a dense program. You don’t have time to really get stuff done, or to take action on new insights. You have to take time off to participate. You don’t form the same level of deep bond that you get with this long format. You pay a lot extra for the retreat flying in speakers, even though amazing people are flying in to participate anyway and we can find exactly the content we need online (e.g. for co-learning). You pay a lot extra for set accommodation, that isn’t exactly what you would have chosen, and the retreat organizer has a lot of risk booking out a hotel, which is reflected in the price.
What about accommodation if I’m not in the Villa? Regular participants arrange their own accommodation in Hoi An. There are plenty of great options at any budget nearby – Hoi An is small, and a tourist town. This lets you chose exactly the room you need at your budget. Only the Entrepreneur Villa package includes our en-suite pool villa coliving, but you should book that one primarily because you want that social experience.
Is there a minimum time commitment? If there are spots left after the 1- and 2-month signups, we’ll try and let you jump in inbetween.
How to get to Hoi An? We have an airport only 45 minutes away, it’s Da Nang Airport (“DAD”). From there, take a “Grab” (the local Uber) to your accommodation, to the Entrepreneur Villa or the Hub directly.
Can I buy lunch individually? To let us plan, during this event we will only serve lunch to people who buy the social lunch package. You can order a grab delivery and eat before 1pm or after 2pm.
What if I can’t make it to a lunch? You can also use one lunch on a Saturday
Do I have to lead an activity or talk? Not at all, but you’re encouraged to if you want! We’re community-led, so members are invited to hold talks, masterminds, or co-learning sessions, but it’s completely optional. There will be plenty of structured and spontaneous activities to join either way. We think we’ll attract quite a few community leaders as-is.
