• If you cancel, we’ll give you a non-expiring voucher for future use.

• Vouchers can be transferred to someone else under certain conditions.

1. Peak Season (January – April)

• Cancel 14+ days before check-in:
  Get a voucher for the full amount. It never expires and can be transferred.
  (The voucher can be transferred to another member for the same season. If it’s transferred to the regular season, the new member won’t receive a refund for any price difference.)

• Cancel less than 14 days before check-in:
  No vouchers or refunds.
  You can still transfer your booking to someone else for the same season & Regular Season.

2. Regular Season (May – December)

• Cancel 7+ days before check-in:
  Get a non-expiring voucher for the full amount. It never expires and can be transferred.
  (The voucher can be transferred to another member for the same season. If transferred to peak season, the new member must pay the price difference.)

• Cancel less than 7 days before check-in:
  No refunds or vouchers.
  You can transfer the booking to someone else for the Regular Season only.

3. How Vouchers Work:

• Vouchers don’t expire and can be used for coworking or food & drinks.

• Can’t be traded for cash or used with other promotions.

• Can be given to someone else.
