Make this the summer where work still gets done - but life feels a lot less solo. Nomad Summer is somewhere between a coworking space and a nomad retreat. It’s for people who want their summer to feel more social, more intentional, and more connected - without sacrificing top-notch coworking facilities, green views, or beach proximity.
You get the Hub Hoi An community experience people already know and love, taken further: welcome events on cohort start dates, richer community activities, goal-setting workshops - all at our regular coworking prices.
Join us in June, July, and/or August. Stay 1, 2, or 3 months - new cohorts start every 1st and 15th.
We encourage you to come with an intention for what you want to achieve - work-wise, maybe also personally.
Nomad Summer comes at the price of a regular coworking membership: $150-$185/month, depending mainly on how long you stay.
Many events are free. Optional food, drinks, trips, massages, and other paid activities are separate - but Hoi An is still hard to beat for cost of living.

Hub is already known for its strong community, beautiful work environment, and rich social calendar. Nomad Summer adds special summer experiences, a richer rhythm of activities, and cohort starts with welcome days - a small tweak that makes a big difference.
It’s not a full retreat: you keep your freedom, your work rhythm, and your own accommodation if you want it. But the community feeling, group bonding, and activity schedule are meant to feel closer to a retreat than regular coworking.
Unlike many retreats that repurpose hotel facilities, the work setup here is not an afterthought. Hub Hoi An is a custom-built, multi-award-winning coworking space designed for serious productivity and deep work.

It all kicks off with 3 welcome days, starting every 1st and 15th of the month, so you arrive with a small cohort and feel like you’re coworking and socializing with friends from day 1. The welcome days are designed to make those first few days easy: you meet your cohort, get introduced to the wider Hub community, and set a few intentions for your time here - socially, personally, or work-wise.

Amazing place to work from. The view is even better in real life, the wifi is very fast and good AC. The community is well organized and there are fun events each week, very easy to meet people and focus on your work. Chef on site makes it even better, amazing food each day!

Is this a retreat?
Not exactly. You don’t have to stay in our accommodation, follow a fixed program, or spend all your time with the group. But it’s designed to create more group bonding, shared rhythm, and community than a normal coworking month.
Do I have to stay in your accommodation?
No. You can join Nomad Summer while staying anywhere in Hoi An or Da Nang. We also have limited coliving rooms available for those who want the closer-to-retreat setup.
How much does it cost?
Nomad Summer is included in our regular coworking membership: $150-$185/month, depending mainly on how long you stay. Many events are free. Optional activities with direct costs are paid separately.
Are events included in the price?
Many events are free, including ice bathing. Others - like food, drinks, trips, or special experiences such as Cham Island - have separate costs.
Can I arrive outside the 1st or 15th?
Yes, flexible arrival is possible. But we recommend arriving on or just before the 1st or 15th if you can - that’s when new cohorts start and welcome days happen.
What are the coworking facilities like?
Hub Hoi An is a custom-built, multi-award-winning coworking space. You get 24/7 access, a silent room, phone booths, call-friendly areas, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, free Vietnamese coffee and tea, air-conditioned indoor spaces, and green-view outdoor areas.
What does a typical week look like?
Most days: cowork during the day, community lunch, occasional evening activity. Throughout the week: a mix of ice bathing, workshops, goal-setting sessions, dinners, sunset drinks, game nights, and member-led activities.
Is Hub more social or more work-focused?
Both - by design. The space and facilities are built for serious focused work. The community calendar, shared lunches, and activity rhythm make it easy to connect without taking over your workday.
Can I join if I’m not a full-time digital nomad?
Yes. If you can work remotely and want a real workation in Hoi An, Nomad Summer is a great fit.
Can I come with a friend or refer someone?
Yes - join together or let us know who referred whom, and both of you get 3 community lunches on us.
