Mother Herb – It’s all about Passion

Every scarf is a unique combination of colors, stitching and fabric. At Mother Herb, the designers focus on the ethnic minorities of Vietnam that shine bright in indigo and natural colors. The unisex items are a timeless souvenir, either for you or your loved ones.

“Each design reflects my own personality as I think about color combination, fabric and the individual stitching of each item. The final product tells the story of the ethnic minorities, as illustrated in the use of the indigo and embroidery pieces, combined with my favorites in fashion. There won’t ever be two designs that look the same, as I won’t ever be able to find two exact pieces of ethnic fabric.” Franzi, founder of Mother Herb

Where to shop: MARCH Gallery, 25 Phan Boi Chau, Hoi An, Vietnam. Opens Mon-Sun 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm.

T-BROS CHOCOLATE – Fair trade and organic Chocolate

There are two brothers behind T-BROS CHOCOLATE who help farmers in different areas of Vietnam to grow organic world-class cacao. The chocolate bars come in different chocolate content and flavours. One of our favorite is the cacao-coconut powder, the perfect treat for rainy and cold days!

“We give farmers the right to own quality chocolate. We have comitted to secure income for farmers and we pay a price that is much higher than the market price, even more than double the price. As a result, our farmers are encouraged to improve the quality of agricultural products. They take responsibility to deliver greatest quality, have an impact on the final product and choose seeds and grains that give each sort of chocolate the characteristical taste of the region. Truong Minh Thong, Co-founder of T-BROS

Where to shop: Hub Hoi An, 105 Le Thanh Tong Street, Cam Chau, Hoi An, Vietnam. Opens Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. And many other places in town!
